3 operatives covered an area from Birmingham to Bedford from Kings Lynn to Kettering. Advertised regularly; they had no data base and no diary management system. Calls were taken sporadically by one member’s wife when not on school runs etc. From “blank” messages on the answer machine they realised they were losing business.
Star take all calls; enquiries are handled and wherever possible appointments are set minimising travel distances allowing for more appointments = increased revenues. Calls are then logged on the clients back office and the details passed to the relevant operative. To all callers we are part of the client company and through training have a full understanding of the complexities of the service including quoting.
To date from the calls taken by the STAR team, just over £35,000 worth of additional revenue has been generated. The clients’ investment to date has been £2,000. A return of over 1700%.
