STAR Virtual Introduces New ‘Back Office’ Services

We have recently added a small suite of Virtual PA and Admin capabilities, in addition to what you already know us for: Virtual Telephone Reception, Virtual Switchboard and Diary Management.

We had been looking to add these ‘back-office’ services for some time, and now have the capability to offer:

  • List building (we have just completed a 1,700 list for a client)
  • Data cleansing and archiving
  • Financial:
    • Book-keeping
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Statutory filing and recording of Governance processes
  • Copy typing, proof reading
  • Charity based work
  • Preparation and filing with Companies house and The Charity Commissioners
  • Clearance with HMRC for Charitable status
  • Gift Aid
  • Creating and setting up small charities

And Now For The ‘Feeling The Love’ Part …

On a completely different topic, we recently surveyed our customers to find out what they think of us, warts and all.  We were pleasantly surprised to find that the vast majority of them love us – in fact one new-ish client called us “her life-savers”.  They also gave us some excellent practical feedback on the areas we need to improve.

Why were we “pleasantly surprised”? Because behind the scenes, we tend to focus on the occasional mistake, and what we need to do to put them right. We get very few complaints, and we take them very seriously, and we bend over backwards to rectify the situation. All of this has tended to make us forget that 99% of the time, we do a fantastic job, and our clients appreciate it.  Have you asked your clients recently what they think of you?  You too might be “pleasantly surprised”.  (We hope …)
